UAE CUSTOMERS

Currently, we offer free domestic shipping on all orders over AED 499. This may exclude some items, such as oversized items, or items sold at closeout price. All orders are shipped via Professional Courier. Any items deemed will be shipped Parcel Post within the UAE only. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Saturday to Thursday are usually shipped on the same day.

Shipping times range from 2-5 days. A specific delivery time frame is not guaranteed on Express. If your order is urgent and you need it fast, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

We offer international shipping to many countries. If you wish to make a purchase and have it shipped outside of the UAE and your country is not listed, please contact us via email to arrange for a shipping quotation and payment arrangements. The shipping quotation is as accurate as possible; however there may be situations where the actual shipping charge is a few dollars more or less. In these situations we will contact you to request additional funds or refund an overcharge. There are no guarantees on delivery time frames. Please note that due to a high fraud rate from the following countries, we do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, Singapore or Romania. Additionally, orders sent to Brazil and several other countries cannot be insured, therefore, we may limit the value of merchandise shipped to Brazil and other countries. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles.

FREIGHT FORWARDING

If you have selected a freight forwarder to receive your package in the UAE on your behalf, Ultimate Hobby is not responsible for loss or damage to your parcel once it has arrived at your freight forwarder. We may require proof of photo ID and credit card by asking you to submit a scan via email or fax of those articles.

LOST PACKAGES

In the event you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact your local post office or Customs Office. In most cases, the package may be waiting to be picked up. You can track the status of your package using the Delivery Confirmation number provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account.

If it is determined that the package is lost, you will be required to sign a loss affidavit and authorize a Postal investigation on your behalf.

If you have provided an incomplete, wrong address, or did not pick up your package and your package is returned back to us, you will incur additional shipping fees to resend the package out to you. Please be certain that the information you provide is correct and contact immediately if you have made an error.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If the item(s) you wish to return is in-operable, it may be defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise normally needs to be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement in original packaging. Most of manufacturer defects found after the product has been installed or used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange; however, we suggest that you contact us before taking any action. Please do not attempt to self-repair a defective item; doing so will void your warranty and your ability to return the item. Return shipping costs for warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please e-mail or call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away and take photos if possible.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Ultimate Hobby is not a warranty repair centre or manufacturer for any of the products we resell. Your products are subject to the individual vendor´s warranty & repair policy. Ultimate Hobby assumes no liability neither expressed nor implied for any manufacturers defect, or damages as a result of use or misuse of their products.

Defects found after the product has been installed or has been in use are covered under the manufacturer´s warranty, and need to be claimed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. These items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer/distributor discretion. For customers outside of the UAE, it may be more efficient to deal with the Distributor closest to your country. Return shipping costs for warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER ONLINE

Use the on-line cart. Simply click on the check stock link next to the item you are interested in purchasing, select the quantity, and then add to cart. Click on View Cart and Checkout when you are done shopping and we will ship you the items. If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated as "Out of Stock".

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges which comply with the following requirements:

  • Ultimate Hobby Trading is committed to providing the best possible customer service. We appreciate your business and make every effort to accommodate your RC needs.   • All Returns or exchanges must be filled within 14 days of purchase and received back at Ultimate Hobby within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions.
  • Product must be unopened in its original packing and in a re-sellable condition.
  • Under any circumstances we will not refund shipping charges for returned merchandise for shipping the original package or for receiving a returned product
  • Ultimate Hobby will not accept responsibility for damage due to usage of the products and accessories
  • Returns must be attached with original or a copy of the sales receipt (including order #)
  • Ultimate Hobby reserves the right to call back customers and verify order information with any individual answering at the number provided during the checkout process

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • All defective merchandise from all manufactures such as Castle Creations must be returned directly to manufacturer as this is how they choose to deal with product issues. All other defective products can be returned for refund or exchange under the following conditions: Merchandise must be returned in its original package. Do not write on the package. We will not exchange or refund any product with the product package having "defective" or anything else written on it.
  • Claims for damage due to delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with the assigned carrier
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Returned items must be in resale condition, with the original packing material, unopened with all shipped items included
  • Custom parts and modifications: The effectiveness of custom modifications is purely a matter of opinion. All of the modifications and upgrades posted and sold by this site are believed to be useful for the intended purpose. We believe the modifications are effective in producing a better result for the application but we cannot guarantee satisfaction due to the nature of the hobby and the difference in matter of opinion. However, we will guarantee that if a modification is posted or sold on this web site then we at Ultimate Hobby do believe that it is intended to produce a better result respectively and in our opinion well worth applying.
